I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Houston, TX)
Interview
Brief. A few questions just to get a sense of the type of person you are. Behavior based. Mainly they just want to see if they can have conversation with you.
Also, ask to talk about your background.
Interview was with 2 people, virtual interviews. 1 with Manager level - very behavioral heavy, less conversational, some Q&A. 2nd with Partner level - very conversational, asking on previous experience, experience with tech, what industries I expertised in, etc.

Question 1
Have you had a time when you went against the popular opinion in a team environment?
Very laid back process and felt more like a conversation than an interview. A lot of the focus was on learning about the firm and then I was given time to ask questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at EY (Accra) in Dec 2024
Interview
The process was okay but the feedback after the interview was not.
I mean if the person didn't qualify, why not send out the email in the latest days or even a week after the interview but you wait for over a year before you send an email that the person didn't qualify with no feedback on why whatsoever
