Phone interview, followed by in-person at the client site, electronic comm with HR, drug test, background check, client site interview with client department director and the team for the engagement. Once the interviews were completed, background check and drug test followed, and hr paperwork completed

the recruiter scheduled intro call, took all the details and never came back with the feedback. This happened with me 4 times for multiple roles I applied for with EY.
Round 1 - EY internal, Round 2 and Round 3 client rounds. Nothing different, easy for someone who knows the basics. Should have good communication skills and passion. Know how to articulate well.

Interview
First I got a call from consultant and they forwarded my profile to EY. Client selected my profile and I had two technical round so one with EY person working at client site. Second round with the client person. I got the offer within 1 week because I was immediate joiner.
