Interview
3 months since started with a first phone interview with the EY HR/Recruitment leads. Then 4 rounds of skype/phone interviews. And finally, interview with Partner. After 1-2 weeks of salary negotiation, I received my Offer letter.

Interview
I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.

Three interviews spanning a month; there was efficient scheduling over email. All interviews were virtual and the interviewers had escalating seniority... everyone who I spoke with was pleasant. medium-plus difficulty
