I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
First had a phone screen with the HR and a month later a technical phone screen. After the tech screen had to follow up for close to 3 months and the onsite round was scheduled. Onsite round was 4 back to back interviews. After the onsite round never heard back from the HR on offer or reject. They just stopped responding. For a professional firm, one of the most lengthy and unprofessional interview processes.
3 rounds, including a case study. Very classic consulting interview you could imagine.
Be well prepared and show your industry knowledge. Present your answer in an organised manner
Also, show your can do attitude as it is important
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at EY (New Delhi) in May 2026
Interview
I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
