I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Leeds, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
Online Tests/Telephone Interview/AC/Partner Interview
Telephone interview was enjoyable - interviewer was chatty and despite the gravity of the interview, it felt very relaxed and comfortable.
AC- 50/50 difficult/straight forward
Partner interview- presentation was ambiguous as to what they were looking for and questions afterward were strength/competency based.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of Strength based questions - difficult to navigate at times
Il s'agit d'un processus de recrutement en trois temps : un entretien avec un manager, un cas pratique relatif au secteur public avec un directeur, puis un entretien avec un associé.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EY
Interview
Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a difficult project and how did you handle it? What was your role?
The interview lasted about an hour and was highly technical, covering topics in depth. The detailed discussion suggests genuine interest in evaluating my skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the role.
