Il colloquio si è basato su domande prettamente comportamentali e attitudinali volte a capire l'atteggiamento e la motivazione. Domande anche sull'azienda e in generale se sapessi di cosa si occupasse e perché mi andava di iniziare a lavorare con loro e cosa mi aspettassi dal ruolo.
