Interview
In general my overall impression about the interview process was positive. There were 3 rounds: phone pre-screening, general interview with US-based manager via Skype and technical interview (also via Skype).

Question 1
What what you do if you see that the project's deadline is close, but it's clear that you can't deliver all the scope required?

Interview
The first step was with HR manager. She found me somewhere like Linkedin and proposed to discuss new position in their company. She provided me all information she knew about project and product.
Than we arranged skype techniqual interview with 2-3 specialists in Agile. Mostly experienced Agile coaches who work in EPAM at least 5 years.
Than i would have been interviewed by Delivery manager
