I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (London, England) in May 2022
Interview
Repeatedly contacted about contract roles at this firm via a service provider, EPAM. Have initial telephone contact with the recruiters. The role seems fine, but the recruiter states that payment will be a month in arrears, so the first payment will be received after month 2. By contrast, most other recruiters are offering weekly pay, 7 days in arrears and if needs be can factor accordingly via companies like Sonovate. In this economic climate, very few people would be willing to accept this risk. I will not - one assumes they get the dregs. Avoid. Happy to reconsider if they change this.
