Interview
-sent email, they replied, 1 interview; be professional, on time, polite, research before so you seem competent, be efficient as well, as this is very important. people are all right; they expect you to 'get things' on your own which can be confusing at first. office and work culture is pretty friendly.
Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
