Interview
Firstly, I had an online meeting with an HR recruitor. The second interview was structured in two parts. First, I had a group interview where we had to make a decision regarding a proposed problem. In the second part was an individual interview with an employee from the Tax departament.
First basic questions and process sheets. After that I go an invitation for a virtual meeting. However did not take place since I had to reschedule and then just quit my application.
Very straightforward and highly intuitive, this process requires virtually no specialized technical knowledge or prior experience. It is designed to be simple, accessible, and easily manageable for almost anyone involved.
An online application review, digital assessments/initial calls lasts about 30 minutes, and one or more rounds of competency-based interviews. Behavioral, scenario-based, and technical questions, a case study or presentation. An assessment day.
