Interview
Mainly behavioral questions. interviewed withe three different people on two occasions. Had a phone interview and webex interview as they were very accommodating to my situation. I then received a call 2 weeks later with an offer to participate in their program. I found the overall experience to be exactly as they and other had explained. Make sure to diversify you're resume and answers to questions.

Tell me a time you had to work in a group and not everyone agreed.
Tell me a time you had to tell someone something that was difficult.
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
