Interview
The process was not that elaborate, it was simple everyday type of interview. People meet with you and give you a number of questions, very easy going format. I guess personality and ability to interact is what they are looking for, technical skills can be taught but personality traits that are counter to what they do cannot be untaught.
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
