Three rounds of discussions - Mostly positive feedback and the role was a good fit in terms of requirement. The first round was by a Manager who seemed to have about 8-10 years of industry experience. The second and third rounds were by Directors with over 14 years of work experience. However, not sure on why I was rejected. Not much feedback shared by the HR. The issue could be me being present outside LU. Spent a great deal of time in these three rounds of interviews. One more point- A friend who had four rounds, the final being with a Partner was about to be selected and in the end did not receive an offer. However the job opening is always active on LinkedIn.
