Segunda entrevista con Recursos Humanos. Previamente tuve entrevista telefónica y caso en grupo y una primera entrevista con RRHH. Pese a ser la segunda evaluaron más mis skills y habilidades.

Preguntas básicas de CV: fortalezas y debilidades, por qué mi carrera, cómo estudio, qué hago si las cosas salen mal., etc.
Y luego preguntas sobre el puesto y Deloitte: por qué la firma, por qué consultoría, qué aportas, qué esperas, etc.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
Se comunican rápidamente mediante correo y whatsapp para hacer una primera entrevista telefónica en la que el reclutador evalúa aspectos generales sobre tu experiencia y luego pasa a una entrevista sobre ti en inglés.
3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
