2 behavioral interviews and one case interview. The process was a bit longer with around 3 weeks between rounds and then another 5 weeks to hear about an offer. They give you a consultant to assist you with a practice case interview that will be similar to your official one.

My Deloitte Summer Scholar interview process consisted of a behavioral interview with one person and a case interview with another. The first interviewer ran into technical difficulties and joined our 30-minute session 10 minutes late. The second interviewer seemed to be on his phone for part of the case. When reaching out, my interview buddy emailed me saying “Hi [insert candidate name here]…” Mishaps happen - nobody wants technical difficulties, and team members are busy - but overall, I’d say that the process could maybe run a little cleaner - the disjointedness often made it harder to connect with the firm/role, whereas the streamlined, punctual processes of other companies made it easier. That said, I respect Deloitte’s efforts and the support provided along the way - I understand the process is complicated and long.

2 Rounds with 3 interviews total. First round had behavioral and case. Second round had case only. Questions were not overly difficult. Second round case is has a unique format.
