Interview - They make you feel relaxed and you're greeted by current graduates. First interview with two managers is competence based and second interview with a director more so based on your fit for Deloitte and their fit for you

Tell us about yourself, Why Deloitte, Why Consulting, Name one company you admire and why etc. Just know your CV and be confident to talk about your academics and experience etc.
Pretty straightforward process overall. Started with a group interview where we worked through a case/activity as a team and discussed our ideas.
Then there was a one-on-one interview with a presentation. It was quite conversational and the presentation was pretty causal as well.
The standardised tests involved comparing many really similar scenarios which felt a bit pointless. The interviewer asked me for a presentation about the pros and cons of AI but when I was discussing the environmental harm they steered me away from the cons.

There were four to five stages of application process, including a group interview and one on one interview. One on one interview involved answering a case study depending on what role you applied for.
