Terrible recruitment process. I had 3 interviews with Deloitte where the first communication from them was 8 weeks later with an offer. As a prior client of Deloitte, it was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience given I had also been open about receiving an offer elsewhere during the final stages of the recruitment process. I now work with their competitor who provides a great recruitment experience and has an excellent, respectful and supportive firm culture.

Went through 4 rounds of interviews (HR pre-screen, competency questions, case study and partner interview. Basically told that they want me but they have a hiring freeze. Was told to wait up to 6 months and they would definitely reach out to me. They stopped replying to emails, however, after a couple of months. Stopped pursing them.
