Total 6 rounds - 3 Technical, 2 Managerial, 1 English Versant Test online 1. After qualifying through Online English Versant Test , interview will be scheduled at one of Deloitte Offices. 2. At Deloitte Office - first written screening test based on Technical and implementation of a good use case. 3. Then the interview with a Manager on same use cases to check the candidates ability to explain what he / she has done in written test and what is the approach for same. 4. If you get cleared, HR will ask you to stay else you will asked to leave with respect. 5. Then comes the Managerial rounds taken by some Senior managers (2 rounds)- They will ask about your responsibilities in the current organizations. What kind of work is currently done by you and about the use case implemented by you in the past which is more challenging. They will mainly look for your behavioural and management skills. 6. You will be then asked to leave as 4 rounds happened on same day. Then HR will call you back to attend a Director Round at Deloitte office itself. The Director Consulting will again present you a new use case for which solution is to be prepared in the form of visualizations. Some technical questions on the tool which are easy. 7. Last is HR round for salary negotiations and future planning of role offered.
