the interview process starts with HR for initial/background interview questions. for second round, department manager will do the interview proper with technical questions. overall, that took me at least 3 weeks before i received job offer.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
