The Interview Process was fairly straight-forward. They were basically looking to hire people for their new R&D wing in Bangalore. The one thing they expected from all the candidates was good analytical reasoning. Technical skills were checked but not to the extent one would expect. Reasoning questions were the norm.

This was in the final HR round of the process. The HR manager asked me what were the qualities I would expect in a leader?
Round 1: A panel interview with four team members. They asked about my background, past projects, and normal interview questions like your strength and weaknesses etc
Round 2: A discussion with the director, focusing more on alignment with the company’s goals, expectations for the role, and my long-term career interests.

Very informative throughout the process Interviewee was very polite a t all times They informed me of roles available within the company and how I can progress my career there too.

Phone call first to understand the backgroung , then a zoom call with personal and python questions, then zoom with teqnical questions then meeting in personal with HR and more people .
