1st: Apply online and then pre-screening of CVs. 2nd: Telephone Interview (HR): background and CV, questions about the company including competitors, fit questions, technical questions. 3rd: online tests (numerical thinking, logical thinking, verbal abilities and motivation). 4th: (Skype 1h30min): - The first 30 minutes they sent you an Excel file and you have to solve it and prepare the results in a powerpoint. - The next part (30 minutes) is an interview with HR (fit and behavioral questions). - During the last 30 minutes you have to do the presentation about your excel results in front of 3 analysts and then they will ask you a few questions about the trends in the market, the strategy of Dell... company questions. In this last part I've experienced technical problems because of their microphone. I couldn't hear them. 5th: Interview with the manager.
