Interview
First Round of Technical interview and Second Round was Client Interview.No Clear requirements from Dell employee and Clients.JD is different before interview and during interview they will have different JD.Even if you are interested to work for other Technologies,they will say you don't have prior experience.
Good and interactive. 3 rounds . Last one is techno manager round. But response from HR is less. Need to improve on that. Tight schedules. Coding and technical discussions especially on the projects.
Interview rounds were quick and medium-hard level, 2 Technical Rounds, 1 Mangerial Round.
Have to attend face to face interviews and not virtual.
DSA, LLD, HLD and behavorial aspects, all are evaluated thoroughly.

System Design Question and explanation of current project in depth
A entrevista foi feita em três etapas.
A primeira foi a etapa da triagem inicial, uma conversa com o RH. Depois foi necessário gravar um vídeo de no máximo dois minutos me apresentando e esse vídeo seria enviado para a equipe nos Estados Unidos e na Índia da Dell, pois o projeto que eu iria trabalhar era na Índia e nos Estados Unidos.
depois teve um processo de validação técnica.
, na minha opinião, o processo para o procedimento para gravar o vídeo em ingles foi relativamente desafiador.
No final eu tive a resposta positiva. A parte de entrevista para minha apresentação com a equipe técnica foi feita de forma assíncrona, enviando um vídeo.
