The process took 1 month, I was initially interviwed for a sales associate position and later because of some issues they had to interview me again for Customer Service Representative position.

why should I hire you? what makes you stand out from the crowd?
Not bad, long. Took a month or so to go thru the process. Video interviews and mock sales call. Could be worse but be prepared. Friendly interviewers which was nice!

Interview
The hiring process included an initial phone interview to discuss my background and experience, followed by a virtual interview that explored my skills in more depth and assessed overall role fit.
the interview consisted of a recruiter call, two behavioral interviews and a role play. straight forward sales interview, nothing out of the ordinary of difficult. they don’t ask tech specific questions, just want to see that you can sell
