Interview
Multiple interviews,starting first with a recruiter vetting skills and certificates to determine if you are Enterprise or SMB. Next step is a written technical questionnaire. If your responses are correct, you will be passed into a review of your responses. Comfortable discussions about your approach to building solutions. Then a peer review with technical deep dive, Followed by a Management Review to see how you will fit the culture. Then recruiter will discuss benefits and offer.

Interview
All interviews were late and over the phone, had 4 interviews total, they were not willing to match previous vacation, expect you to be in the office 5 days a week when management works remotely and 5k difference in salary seems impossible to meet. The had you do a long q&a skill test to see where you are
