Fast and easy. Depending on your knowledge of the store/ location. I was a customer so I knew all their products already which is why it was easy. Obviously it’s easy to get the job if you have knowledge in luxury retail, and handbags as well (vocabulary).

I applied in person in a store, and get a interview after around 2weeks. the interiew if hold by a store manager, and it is a group interview, with very average questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Coach (Kuala Lumpur) in Dec 2015
Interview
It was a group of 3 interviewees facing 1 interviewer. We were given some time to fill up a form on our personal details such as name, address, education, experiences etc. After that we were asked some standard interview questions, and take turns to answer it.
