I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Coach (Cabazon, CA) in Mar 2011
Interview
Like another interview process. I was actually recruited thru my old supervisor at my previous job. Your taken into a room at the location and get a chance to interact with the management team. I wasn't interviewed individual, your actually interviewed in a group setting with other possible candidates. Make sure when your being interviewed to dress like your going to work for the company, also smile and make eye contact.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were basic customer focused questions. I didn't have any difficulties answering any of the questions just remember to smile.
I got an email to inform me if I'm interested they would like have an interview with me. Then coach called me to arrange a virtual interview. The questions are easy just about yourself.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Coach (Pismo Beach, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
I already knew the store manager from previous seasonal employment. She texted me to let me know the position I wanted opened up. We set up an interview with her new visual and merchandising manager since he and I would be working together most of the time. The interview went well since I already knew the inner workings at this particular location and was recommended by the store manager for being very independent and organized at work.
