The hiring process consists in filling out an application at the store and attaching a resume to it. The first interview is usually a group interview for screening. I my case, there were only two candidates, me and another lady. The interview was conducted by the store manager and it was very pleasant conversation. She asked particular questions related to the role, lifestyle questions related to availability to work and other questions related to expectations. After the screening, I was called in for a second meeting where the manager went over details and proposed position, hours, payment and went over their expectations for me.
