I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens (Canton, OH) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied online. Got a call from a recruiter same day and he had me fax my license info to their compliance dept. The next day I was cleared and set up an interview w/ the branch manager. 2 days after the interview I was called for a second interview with the Regional Manager. The next day I got a call from the Financial Consultant in the branch so he could introduce himself and later that afternoon I received an email with my official offer of employment. I accepted the next day and was sent for background checks and fingerprints

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens
Interview
Was referred to this position by their recruiter after I applied for a position that was moved from where I live. Process was pretty quick and the branch manager I met with was great. Citizens Bank seemed to stand for a lot of the things you looked for in an employer, career growth, open lines of communication with your supervisor etc. Was contacted two weeks after the interview and was told pretty much I was too qualified for the position based on my experience and knowledge. Won't disagree with that assessment, but was referred to a more suitable position with Citizens Bank.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2016
Interview
I met with the branch manager, the regional manager and the branch Financial consultant before waiting a few weeks to be selected. They were very honest about the role, the branch and the company. The group that interviewed me wanted to what drives me and gauge my professionalism.
