Interview
I had to do an assessment, warning it's a timed one and behavioral thing. Then was reached out for an interview at a local chiropractor. Did an initial interview then an in person one. Then ghosted. Was told I would get a follow up the week after but silence...
I wish their job description was a bit more descriptive as a lot of things were not mentioned on there, you're also technically a chiropractor assistant as well as a receptionist.

Interview
It was one of the most challenging interviews I’ve had. I’d rate the difficulty 5/5. The process was rigorous, and I made it all the way to the final interview, where I was asked to prepare a five-minute presentation. It was an learning experience (in a bad way), but the offered salary isn’t as high as I expected, so to weigh my options.
I received an email to complete a cognitive assessment and a strange riddle assessment. It was like a personality and some kind of IQ type test. The riddle assessment was a joke and I don't see how that shows any skills or an estimate of someone's work ethic or personality. All it felt like was making your interviewees jump through hoops to see who would put up with the most nonsense. After all that, they said there was an error and they wanted me to redo the cognitive test. I gave up after that.
