I received an email to complete a cognitive assessment and a strange riddle assessment. It was like a personality and some kind of IQ type test. The riddle assessment was a joke and I don't see how that shows any skills or an estimate of someone's work ethic or personality. All it felt like was making your interviewees jump through hoops to see who would put up with the most nonsense. After all that, they said there was an error and they wanted me to redo the cognitive test. I gave up after that.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chiro MatchMakers (Chesterfield, VA)
Interview
They asked for a ton of information and screened me for four days just to get to the “final” interview process and then I never got a response. Recruiter made me do all of these tests and when I finished the final questionnaire she said she would send me in for an interview. I did everything immediately and got no response about being sen it in for an interview. I emailed the recruiter to get clarification and nothing. If you’re not going to move someone onto the next step then at least communicate that. Don’t ask for tons of information that most jobs paying more dont ask for and then not give a yes or no. Extremely unprofessional.
