Just a nice chit-chat with the Director at the office, pretty comfortable and easy process. Talked about myself, what I could do (according to the skills listed in my CV), etc. Don't really need to prepare for the interview except reading up on what the company does.

Interview
I went over to the office to be interviewed by the Managing Director. Very knowledgeable gentleman, who scanned through my resume and asked questions based on my experiences. Interview eventually turned into a discussion session about prevailing situation in corporate social responsibility, and strategies that Singapore companies could potentially implement. Come prepared with general knowledge and personal insights.
