Honestly, interviewer(Managing Director) was great. He asked appropriate questions. Interview felt rather one sided though, he did not share much on the role or gave feedback. Given that it is a very small company, I would think that they would keep you in the loop about the interview process. Some of my ex-colleagues interviewed there too and they said you don't hear from them at all if you don't get the job. My only issue is that, given the size of the company, they really could afford to inform candidates of their application status, be it rejected or under consideration. I find it a bit appalling since most of the boutique consultancies I have interviewed at do provide status updates. Moreover, they really were very responsive before the interview and completely ghosted after the interview which is quite irresponsible for a company that is supposed to be a CSR firm. Maybe, they can use this feedback to improve their hiring processes and remember that a CSR firm should be upholding the highest ethical standards when hiring.
