Phone interview with CDW recruiter. Very basic behavioral questions. After phone interview a one-on-one interview is scheduled. The one-on-one interview consisted of more behavioral questions, as well as some hypothetical questions. After interview, I shadowed a current CDW employee for roughly 30 minutes.
