Three stages: 1. First, I was contacted by Senior Recruiter Business Partner (Coworker Services) for an overall/general screening interview. 2. HR Business Partner scheduled 4 separate interviews. One with Hiring Manager, two with other coworkers (same business group but different roles). Last one was again with Hiring Manager to go over feedback received from him and the others. 3. HR Business Partner (Recruiter) made initial offer. Since I had another job offer at hand, they came back with an even better offer that I was not able to refuse. Overall it was a great experience, particularly given the fact I was one of the first "Fully Remote" position CDW was hiring for in the middle of the COVID pandemic.
