Interview
1) 20 minute intro call with hiring manager
2) 30 minute technical interview
3) 30 minute social interview
4) one hour final round interview
5) ghosted
During the final round interview, I was promised that I would hear some feedback from the hiring manager regardless of the outcome since they were thankful for my time. Was ghosted even after sending a follow-up email :(

The Boston Scientific has agent to set the 1st run interview. And they have a real recruiter to 1st run interview. There is no direct email contact from recruiter to me.

how would you present the data to non technical person?
Started with general discussion with Manager and then with Tech team member who asked questions based on the profile, discussion on some previous experience and exposure and take away, flexibility of working hours.
