Applied through a recruiter. Had call with recruiter, then a prep interview with outsource recruitment company. Face to face interview with 2 senior engineers, largely based on my technical experience and background. Follow up interview with HR after feedback that they would like to hire me. Overall smooth process although their hiring guidelines are strict.

I applied several times but they never call back, I have everything they need for the position, idk why I didn't have the interview with them, I hope next time
