During my first in person interview, mostly behavioral questions were asked specifically on how you manage a difficult person at your team. The second interview (first phone interview), was mostly about my expectations and what I know about their product. My third interview (also phone interview) was mostly about my experiences and background (know your resume well!), and then sifted towards their product.
