Interview
The process was straightforward. Got contacted by a recruiter, and setup the interview. Was interviewed by two members of the team. Both polite and open. Asked a combination of situational questions that addressed technical and behavioral, and also asked about resume and what the role I played on the projects were. Didn't get an offer due to clearance reasons despite them liking me from the interview

easy interview, know etl tools and basics of data engineering, sql python are a must. knowing aws is a plus. Databricks experience is recommended. Only one interview and the decision is made

Interview
Easy and fast. it took about a week and half from applying online to getting an offer. The technical interviewer were curtous. However, there seemed to be some disconnect between technial staff and local recruiter.
