Interview
I applied online through a University posting and was contacted by a recruiter shortly after (not sure how many days after). The screening interview was nice except for that they push you to give a salary requirement prior to really knowing about the job, I didn't like that. The screener set me up for an in person interview for the following week. The interview seemed a lot like speed dating, you get 30 minutes with each interviewer/s. The process was organized and everyone was friendly. About 3 weeks later, I received an email with a job offer. For me there were only two, maybe three, issues with this entire process. 1) as previously mentioned forcing me to give a salary requirement in a screening interview. 2) being told to contact my recruiter with any issues to only have her not respond to me and 3) severely lowballing on the salary

There weren't any difficult questions, know what's in your resume and have an experience story to back up what you've put down on paper. Interview style is more or less behavioral. If you have a specialty such as some type of science or engineering expect questions from an expert in the field. They don't grill you as if you were taking a test, but you need to know your stuff.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
