I walked into a room of 6 guys dressed in suits. I was placed at the center of the table and they asked me to present my case as to why I should be hired and what my experience was.

Not as formal as I thought it would be. It was a great conversation about my experience and skills. It was more about personality fit and the ability to connect with people. My interview was on a Friday and I got a call with an offer on the next Monday. It was very quick!
