Aziro Software Development Engineer In Test SDET interview questions

My interview experience with this company was very unprofessional. They conducted three interview rounds and informed me that I was selected. HR asked me to submit my documents and mentioned that the offer letter would be released within two days. However, after submitting the documents, there was no response from HR and my calls were not answered. Later, they scheduled a managerial round, but just five minutes before the interview time they called and said the client was not available. This clearly showed a lack of planning and respect for the candidate's time. Despite multiple follow-ups, the HR did not respond properly. When I finally managed to connect, they simply said they were "in the middle of something." The entire process lacked proper commu. ation and professionalism. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and a waste of the candidate’s time. I hope the company improves its interview process and communication with candidates.
