Very efficient, just one chat with one of the owners and meeting the team. He seemed to have deeply familiarized himself with my portfolio and work history so it was more about fitting into the culture than anything else!

Asked in the first/only interview about salary requirements.
The interview process started off fine, but ultimately changed my perspective about the company. The initial process started with a video interview — very laid back and casual conversation about my portfolio and what I’m looking for in an agency. At the end of the interview, I was told I will hear back and after several emails and even a thank you note, absolutely nothing. I get not being able to respond right away, but to ghost someone is highly unprofessional.
