The interview process started off fine, but ultimately changed my perspective about the company. The initial process started with a video interview — very laid back and casual conversation about my portfolio and what I’m looking for in an agency. At the end of the interview, I was told I will hear back and after several emails and even a thank you note, absolutely nothing. I get not being able to respond right away, but to ghost someone is highly unprofessional.
