Online application, from here invited to online situational judgement tests, fairly straight forward. Invited to interview after this. Was given a written technical exercise with 20 minutes to complete. Involved resolving structural forces, material choice, bending moments and shear forces, structural and cyclic loading, composites and stress-strain diagrams. Completed the technical exercise then went through my answers with the interviewers. More technical questions followed on the same fields, then questions about university, mainly on modules and how you deal with work being thrown at you, multiple dealines etc. Interviewers were nice enough and relaxed, if a bit flat. They weren't trying to catch you out or ask trick questions. Average enough interview on their part, recieved the outcome about two and a half weeks later. Disastrous interview on my part, hence no offer.
