When I did my interview, it was very straightforward. Applied with CV and got a call for an interview about a month later. Interviewed with a group of managers that were very friendly and welcoming during my interview.

Interview
it was a process that include 4 parts. Iq test and english proficiency test, hr interview and reference check. I heard that some people also had a manager interview. they dont aspect experince for the intern role but you should be interested in the pharm sector.
First step was HireVue with 5 questions, and after that short call with Hiring Menager. Question example : What you expect from your comapny to feel well. What non- financial benefits are important to you?
