Phone screen with an outsourced HR firm who asks basic questions and also "how would you define integrity." She could not answer any questions I had for the position because she didn't know. Invited for a 2 hr in person interview, 2 people panel at a time. First interview was via video with a couple of people in the UK office, who asked all behavioral questions and follow-up questions based on that. I was exhausted afterwards. Then the second interview with a higher up and someone who didn't bother to come in the office that day so it was over the phone. Awkward arrangement, interviewing with one in person and one over the phone. The interviewer was disinterested and showed it by looking over his phone when I was talking. They did not explain much about themselves, just wanted to grill me with questions to see whether I'm wasting their time or not. Overall, not a pleasant experience and you can definitely tell that the organization does not focus on employee satisfaction. The working environment of the team I was interviewing for looked like a sweat shop. A month later, they sent an automated message of rejection.
