Two phone call interviews and one in person interview with four sets of groups. Within those groups there was four people interviewing at a time. Typically asked about past experience and why you would want to work for MedImmune. Also met with the head of HR and another person in HR mostly to talk about the company and how you can fit in
Easy and straightforward. Overall, I had two interviews, one with the agency and another with the whole team. I Received their feedback right away and got started on the recruitment process.
Straight forward based on company values, with only one technical question which was fairly straight forward too. Responded well to the STAR technique using unique examples to connect the value
