Phone interview followed closely by a video interview. It was laid back but still professional. They're really looking for empathy here. Typing speed helps. And they want to see that you can build rapport while being professional and sincere.

I enjoyed interviewing with the team and thought they were very thorough. This was years ago before the pandemic but I found that the job details were very well planned but I needed something more flexible at the time.
