Interview
Applied online in January, attended Apple Career Fair online in mid March, spoke with a recruiter for about five minutes, and was contacted via phone the following day for about a ten minute call, mainly involving role playing. One week later I had my FaceTime interview, more customer support focused questions, and two more role playing scenarios. I have been referred for the next step....waiting to set up last interview with team manager. I have not received an official offer yet.

How did I handle a negative situation in my current business (I am self-employed)? This is a normal interview question but because of the type of business I am in (home child care), it was actually somewhat difficult to answer.
asked general questions about how you would deal with customers in various scenarios, positive and negative. and then do an example call with the interviewer from start to finish, then various personal questions
Normal behavioral questions interview. Was mostly a conversation and previous experiences that could help with the position. Tell me about a time where... etc. Interviewers were very nice and it was a good experience.
Asked about prior work, current schedule, knowledge regarding subject matter. I didn't get into any informational interview questions until the third interview. The first two interviews were practically all formal greetings and making sure there aren't schedule or schooling conflicts.
