I applied online and within a month I received an email for a phone interview. Phone interview was easy and lasted 20 min where the interviewer asked me basic Digital Design questions. I was invited for an on-site interview. The interview lasted 4-5 hours with a first introduction of the HR and then 4 hours of interview. Each hour different team members entered and asked textbook questions but showed no interest in your personal background and what you can offer in the team. Most of team members were pleasant and make you feel comfortable.

Molto lento nella fase iniziale da quando applichi, poi vieni contattato dalle HR, successivamente per uno screaning iniziale con quello che potrebbe essere il tuo capo ed infine devi sostenere 6 colloqui da 45 minuti l'uno

Took 1 month, they are quite fast if interested. I recommend touching base with 2nd/3rd level connections on LinkedIn to speed up the process.

Telephone interview pre-screening . 30 minutes interview, only technical questions.
The interviewer was friendly. he focused into the basics which was a surprise for me; I was expecting more advanced questions since the post was for experienced level.
